                                                                   STEP ONE

Initial Contact

We want to get to know each of our clients personally so we can better serve their wants, needs and desires. The initial contact is a "Get-To-Know-You" 15 min. talk-time that will help us evaluate your needs. This is also an important time for our clients to "Get-To-Know" our service and process and answer any questions regarding our service, fees, processes and techniques that the client may have.

STEP TWO

Retain Us As Your Personal Auto Purchasing Agent

In order for us to be able to work as your personal agent and business manager, you will have to sign and agree to hire us as your personal agent in all vehicle transactions for the next 60 days.  You will need to complete and sign our "Authorization of Representation" form and fax it to us at:  1-888-342-3403 (Fax) Once you have completed, signed and faxed back to us the "Authorization of Representation", you will need to send us a $195 "Locate and Negotiate" retainer. You can do this by going to our "Get Started" page.

STEP THREE

NOW WE CAN GO TO WORK FOR YOU

In order for us to serve you, we will need to know your vehicle needs. You will need to go to our "Get Started" page and fill out the "Vehicle Aquisition Form" so we can start the "Locate and Negotiate" process or we can assist you with this process over the phone.  Just call us at:  386-308-3028

Trade-Ins

If you would like to trade-in your current vehicle, be sure to communicate that to us so we can include that in our negotiation process. Be sure that you have on hand a verified current payoff (if any) good for 10 days on your trade-in (We will help you with this process). We will research the current market values through a variety of source, which will include: NADA, Kelly BlueBook, Auction Prices and Edmunds. By researching your trade-in value, we will have the information we need to negotiate the highest possible trade-in value. You will eventually have to take your trade-in to the dealer to get a hard trade-in value before you can sign your final paperwork. Not to worry, we know how to help you with this process in your spare time. With us on your side, you will be sure that you will get the highest possible trade-in value!

We Will Start To Locate and Negotiate For Your Next Vehicle

Your Vehicle Choice

We will locate and negotiate up to 3 different vehicles of your choice and call you with our results. We will supply you with a market price evaluation on all three vehciles and provide you with the best final cash price and estimated monthly payments on financed or leased vehicles. Due to variations in the new and used vehicle market, your exact described vehicle may or may not be available in your area.  With this in mind, we will try to locate the vehicle of your choosing with in a 50 mile radius of your city. If we are not able to locate your exact choice of vehicle with in 50 miles of your city, we may have to extend our range or switch option levels.

 

 

STEP 4

TEST DRIVE & SIGN

Once we have located and negotiated on the vehicle of your choice, we will arrange for you to test drive your next new or used vehicle. We will accompany you to the dealership for the final step in your purchase journey. While you are on your test drive, we are busy at work back at the dealership securing the deal and the final paperwork. Once you get back, we should have everything ready for your approval. Once you are satisfied with the deal and the vehicle, we will then accompany you into the business office to make sure all the paperwork and financial arrangement are to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that you are under no obligation to sign any paperwork or to finalize the deal until you are satisfied with the vehicle, final paperwork and the financal arrangements. Keep in mind that we work for you and are your representative, however, we cannot sign any paperwork for you or authorize any financial paperwork that would bind you financially.  You must sign all final paperwork yourself.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS JOB #1 WITH US!

Once you have agreed to take delivery on the vehcile, we will do a pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle to make certain the vehicle meets your expectation and approval. With Genesis Auto Consultants, you don't have to worry about getting "Took" at the dealership....We've got you covered because we work you!
